This routine will certainly challenge our kids&#8217; endurance!<\/p>\n<p>By doing this full-body fitness exercise 3 or 4 times a week, your kids will be able to burn a lot of body fat and develop stronger muscles in just a few weeks. This workout can be a good foundation for sports and other activities. We&#8217;ll start with two basic stretching exercises, followed by more dynamic exercises that use multiple muscles, thus burning more fat. The exercise ends with core routines on the mat.
